1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) (Amendment of Building Control Act 2007) Regulations 2014.

Section 2
of the
Building Control Act 2007
(No. 21 of 2007) is amended, in subsection (1), by the substitution of the following for the definition of “Directive”
“ ‘Directive’ means Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005
