1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 31st day of December 2014 is appointed as the day on which the

Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005

(No. 27 of 2005), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
