1. This Order may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 1st day of December 2014 is appointed as the day on which the

European Communities (Amendment) Act 2012

(No. 21 of 2012) in so far as it relates to paragraph (iv) of the definition inserted by section 1 of that Act in the

European Communities Act 1972

shall come into operation.
