S.I. No. 565/2014 - European Union (Birds and Natural Habitats) (Sea-fisheries) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Birds and Natural Habitats) (Sea-fisheries) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

2. The European Union (Birds and Natural Habitats) (Sea-fisheries) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 290 of 2013) are amended by substituting for Regulation 2(4) the following

“(4) These Regulations apply to the regulation of sea-fishing activity in so far as the regulation of that activity is necessary to secure compliance with the Regulations of 2011 and the objectives of the habitats Directive.”.
