1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Sections 4(2) and 35) Commencement Order 2014.

2. The day appointed as the day on which subsection (2) (in so far as it relates to the repeal of

section 12

of the

Water Services Act 2013

(No. 6 of 2013)) of

section 4

and

section 35

of the

Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013

(No. 50 of 2013) come into operation is the 3rd day of December 2014.
