1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting Act 2009 (Section 130(1)(

a

)(iv) Designation) Order 2014.

2. The television service, having the character of a public service, to be provided by UTV Ireland Limited in accordance with a content provision contract between it and the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland under

section 71

of the

Broadcasting Act 2009

(No. 18 of 2009), is designated for the purposes of section 130(1)(

a

)(iv) of that Act.
