S.I. No. 520/2014 - Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2014.

1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2014.

2. The day appointed as the day on which—

(

a

) Part 11 of the

Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013

(No. 15 of 2013), and

(

b

) the repeal, effected by section 4 of that Act, of the

National Beef Assurance Scheme Act 2000

(No. 2 of 2000),

comes into operation is 1 January 2015.
