1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2014.

2. The 30th day of September 2014 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014

(No. 26 of 2014) shall come into operation

) Part 1;

(

b

) Part 2;

(

c

) Part 3 (other than subsections (5)(

b

) and (6) of section 15);

(

d

) Part 6.
