1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2014.

2. Mr. James McGrath, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 11 July 2014.
