S.I. No. 422/2014 - Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2014.

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2014.

2. The 1st day of October 2014 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013

(No. 50 of 2013) shall come into operation

(

a

) subsection (1), insofar as it is not already in operation, and subsection (3) of section 4;

(

b

) Part 3 (insofar as it is not already in operation);

(

c

) section 41.
