1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 19th day of September 2014 is appointed as the day on which

sections 1 to 4

and Parts 5 and 8 of the

National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014

(No. 23 of 2014) come into operation.
