1. This Order may be cited as the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014 (Establishment Day) Order 2014.

2. The 31st day of October 2014 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014

(No. 29 of 2014).
