1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Sunbeds) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 21st day of July 2014 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Public Health (Sunbeds) Act 2014

(No. 12 of 2014) come into operation

(

a

) sections 1 to 5, 12 and 16;

(

b

) section 17 other than paragraph (

l

) of subsection (1);

(

c

) sections 19 and 22 to 25.
