1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

2. The European Union (Cereal Seed) Regulations 2013 (

S.I. No. 217 of 2013

) are amended-

) in Regulation 2(1) by substituting the definition of “Directive” for the following-
