S.I. No. 275/2014 - Sea Pollution (Prevention of Oil Pollution) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Pollution (Prevention of Oil Pollution) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2014.

2. The Supplement to the International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate in Schedule 2 to the Sea Pollution (Prevention of Oil Pollution) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 788 of 2007

) is amended—

(

a

) in Form A, by substituting the following for paragraph 3.2.1—

“3.2.1 Incinerator for oil residues (sludge) □”, and

(

b

) in Form B, by substituting the following for paragraph 3.2.1—

“3.2.1 Incinerator for oil residues (sludge) □”.

These Regulations amend the Sea Pollution (Prevention of Oil Pollution) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 788 of 2007

).

The purpose of these Regulations is to provide for an amendment to the form of the Supplement to the International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate, which is set out in Schedule 2 to the above-mentioned Regulations.
