1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Property Vesting Day) (No 5) Order 2014.

(2) In this Order “

section 47

” means

section 47

of the

Further Education and Training Act 2013

(No. 25 of 2013).

2. The 1st day of July 2014 is appointed to be a property vesting day for the purposes of section 47.

3. (1) Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board is designated for the purposes of section 47.

(2) The property specified in the Schedule is designated for the purposes of section 47.
