S.I. No. 25/2014 - Contract Cleaning Joint Labour Committee Establishment (Amendment) Order 2014.

1. This Order may be cited as the Contract Cleaning Joint Labour Committee Establishment (Amendment) Order 2014.

2. The Contract Cleaning Joint Labour Committee Establishment Order (

S.I. No. 626 of 2007

) is amended by substituting the following Schedule for the Schedule to that Order

“SCHEDULE

Workers employed by undertakings engaged in whole or in part on the provision of cleaning and janitorial services in, or on the exterior of, establishments including hospitals, offices, shops, stores, factories, apartment buildings, hotels, airports and similar establishments.”.

WHEREAS I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, being in receipt of a copy of a recommendation under subsection (5) of section 41A (inserted by

section 11

of the

Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012

(No. 32 of 2012)) of the

Industrial Relations Act 1946

(No. 26 of 1946) and being satisfied that subsection (3) of section 41A has been complied with and considering it appropriate to do so

NOW, I, RICHARD BRUTON, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 41A (inserted by

section 11

of the

Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012

(No. 32 of 2012)) of the

Industrial Relations Act 1946
