1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Act 2010 (Section 87) (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 4th day of July 2014 is appointed as the day on which

section 87

of the

Merchant Shipping Act 2010

(No. 14 of 2010) comes into operation.
