S.I. No. 205/2014 - Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2014.

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 1st day of July 2014 is appointed as the day on which the

Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013

(No. 14 of 2013), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.

This Order brings

Section 36

of the

Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013

into operation and provides that, from the 1st July 2014, the Irish Medicines Board shall be known as the Health Products Regulatory Authority.
