1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 28th day of January 2014 is appointed as the day on which

sections 21

of the

Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012

(No. 35 of 2012) come into operation.

This Order provides for the commencement of

. Section 21 deals with the appointment of appeals officers while section 22 deals with the appeals process.
