1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Withholding of Information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Prescribed Organisations and Prescribed Persons) Order 2014.
2. This Order shall come into operation on 2nd May 2014.
3. In this Order “Act of 2012” means the
Criminal Justice (Withholding of Information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012
(No. 24 of 2012).
4. Pieta House C.P.S.O.S. Limited is prescribed for the purposes of section 4 of the Act of 2012.
5. Each of the classes of persons specified in the Schedule employed or otherwise engaged by Pieta House C.P.S.O.S. Limited is prescribed for the purposes of section 4 of the Act of 2012.
