S.I. No. 179/2014 - European Union (Liability of Carriers of Passengers by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Liability of Carriers of Passengers by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

2. The European Union (Liability of Carriers of Passengers by Sea) Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 552 of 2012

) are amended by substituting the following for paragraphs (3) to (5) of Regulation 1

“(3) Regulation 10 comes into operation on 23 April 2014.”.
