S.I. No. 173/2014 - County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (Section 2) (No. 4) Order 2014.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (Section 2) (No. 4) Order 2014.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on 9 April 2014.

2. It is hereby declared that, for the purposes of the

County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014

(No. 4 of 2014), the administrative area of Waterford County Council forms part of the functional area of Waterford City Council.
