1. This Order may be cited as the Air Travel Tax (Abolition) Order 2014.

2. The 1st day of April 2014 is appointed as the day on or after which subsection (2) of
section 55
of the
Finance (No. 2) Act 2008
(No. 25 of 2008) shall not apply in respect of any departure of a passenger on an aircraft from an airport.
