1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (Part 4) (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 29th day of March 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the

Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012

(No. 35 of 2012) comes into operation.

This Commencement Order commences Part 4 of the

Residential institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012

with effect from the 29th day of March, 2013. Part 4 provides for the dissolution of the Education (Former Residents of Certain Institutions for Children) Finance Board and the transfer of its remaining functions to the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Board.
