1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (Establishment Day) Order 2013.

2. The 25th day of March 2013 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the

Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012

(No. 35 of 2012).
