1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2013.

2. The 8th day of March 2013 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012

(No. 35 of 2012) come into operation

) Part 2, other than sections 21 and 22;

(

b

) Part 3;

(

c

) section 42.
