1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2013.

2. The 2nd day of January 2014 is appointed as the day on which

section 29

of the

Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013

(No. 27 of 2013) comes into operation.
