1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Amendment) Act 2013 (Section 18) (Commencement) Order 2013.
2. The 1st day of January 2014 is appointed as the day on which
section 18
of the
Health (Amendment) Act 2013
(No. 31 of 2013) shall come into operation.

This Order commences
section 18
of the
Health (Amendment) Act 2013
. This section provides that the Health Service Executive (formerly health boards] shall provide out-patient medical, surgical and midwifery services, without charge, to women in respect of motherhood.
