1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) SafetyAct 2010 (Remaining Provisions)(Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 18th day of December 2013 is appointed as the day on which the

Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010

(No. 4 of 2010), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
