S.I. No. 487/2013 - Harbours Act 1996 (Limits of Harbour of Port of Cork Company) (Alteration) Order 2013.

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Limits of Harbour of Port of Cork Company) (Alteration) Order 2013.

2. This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2014.

3. The limits of the harbour of the Port of Cork Company shall be its existing limits as set out in Part I of the Third Schedule to the

Harbours Act 1996

(No. 11 of 1996) and, in addition to those limits, the waters within the area, including all tidal inlets, bounded by a straight line drawn from Sheep’s Head to Crow Head both in the county of Cork and the line of high water, which area is known as Bantry Bay excluding the limits of Castletownbere Fishery Harbour Centre as provided for by section 2 (as amended by Schedule 2 to the

Harbours (Amendment) Act 2009

(No. 26 of 2009)) of the

Fishery Harbour Centre (Amendment) Act 1992

(No. 10 of 1992).
