S.I. No. 457/2013 - Local Government (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2013.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2013.

2. In these Regulations-

“Local Government Management Agency” means the Local Government Management Agency established under Article 4 of the Local Government Management Agency (Establishment) Order 2012 (

S.I. No. 290 of 2012

).

3. The Local Government Management Agency is prescribed, under

section 115

(2)(

a

) of the

Local Government Act, 2001

, as a body which shall be audited by a local government auditor in accordance with the provisions of that Act.
