S.I. No. 430/2013 - Local Government Act 2001 (Specified Council) (Tipperary) Order 2013.

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 2001 (Specified Council) (Tipperary) Order 2013.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of November 2013.

3. The specified council for the purposes of

section 144

(1B) of the

Local Government Act 2001

in respect of North Tipperary County and South Tipperary County shall be North Tipperary County.
