1. This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2013.

2. The 26th day of October 2013 is appointed as the day upon which the
Further Education and Training Act 2013
(No. 25 of 2013), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
