1. This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 9th day of October 2013 is appointed as the day upon which subsection (4) of
section 23
of the
Further Education and Training Act 2013
(No. 25 of 2013) shall come into operation.
