2. The powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government conferred on him by or under the

Housing (Amendment) Act 2013

(No. 22 of 2013) are delegated to Jan O’Sullivan, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government.
