1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Food Safety and Veterinary) (Accession of Croatia) Regulations 2013.

2. A reference in Regulations made under the

European Communities Act 1972

to the Directive at point 1 of Part A, or a Directive mentioned in Part B of the Annex to Council Directive No. 2013/20/EU of 13 May 2013 is amended as set out in the aforementioned Annex.
