S.I. No. 345/2013 - European Communities (Vehicle Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Vehicle Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

2. The European Communities (Vehicle Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 359 of 2008

) are hereby amended by the substitution, for Regulation 6 (2) (

b

), of the following

“(

b

) is used by, or under the control of—

(i) the Garda Síochána,

(ii) the Defence Forces,

(iii) a fire brigade,

(iv) the Civil Defence, or

(v) the Irish Prison Service,”.
