1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 72) (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 1st day of September 2013 is appointed as the day on which

section 72

of the

Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013

(No. 26 of 2013) comes into operation.
