S.I. No. 299/2013 - Trade Union Act 1941 (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 6) Order 2013.

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act 1941 (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 6) Order 2013.

2. The negotiation licence granted to the Sales Marketing and Administrative Union of Ireland on the 11th day of January, 1944, is hereby revoked.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the negotiation licence which was granted to the Sales Marketing and Administrative Union of Ireland as the union has ceased to exist.

section 17

of the

Trade Union Act 1941

(No. 22 of 1941), (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 (

S.I. No. 245 of 2011

)), and being satisfied that the holder of the negotiation licence hereinafter referred to has ceased to be an authorised trade union within the meaning of the said Act, hereby order as follows
