S.I. No. 286/2013 - Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (Part 8) (Commencement) Order 2013.

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (Part 8) (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 31st day of July 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 8 of the

Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013

(No. 32 of 2013) shall come into operation.

come into operation. Part 8 provides for amendments to the

Personal Insolvency Act 2012
