1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 23rd day of July 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the

Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013

comes into operation.
