S.I. No. 269/2013 - Water Services Act 2013 (Prescribed Persons) Order 2013.

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2013 (Prescribed Persons) Order 2013.

2. In this Order—

“the Act” means “the

Water Services Act 2013

”.

3. The following shall be a relevant person for the purposes of section 26(5) of the Act—

“the Board as defined in Section 2 of the Act”.
