S.I. No. 237/2013 - National Transport Authority (Extension of Remit) Order 2013.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Transport Authority (Extension of Remit) Order 2013.

(2) This Order comes into operation on the 18 June 2013.

2. The functions assigned to the National Transport Authority under

section 60

of the

Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008

(No. 15 of 2008) are extended to apply to all areas in the State outside the Greater Dublin Area (as defined in the

Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008

).

3. The National Transport Authority (Extension of Remit) Order 2010 (S.I. 139 of 2010) is revoked.
