1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Re-inspection) Regulations 2013.
Application for re-inspection
2. An application for the purpose of Section 70H(7)(
a
) of the
Water Services Act 2007
shall—
(
a
) be in the form prescribed in the Schedule hereto, and shall contain the particulars specified therein, and
(
b
) be accompanied by a fee of €20.
