S.I. No. 157/2013 - Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 14 May 2013.

Student Support Act 2011

(No. 4 of 2011) is amended by inserting the following after “13. A person with whom an awarding authority has an agreement under section 13.”
