1. This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 16th day of April 2013 is appointed as the day on which the

Gaeltacht Act 2012

(No. 34 of 2012), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
