S.I. No. 98/2012 - European Communities (Welfare of Farmed Animals) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Welfare of Farmed Animals) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The European Communities (Welfare of Farmed Animals) Regulations 2010 are amended—

(

a

) in Regulation 41(1) (

i

), by the insertion after “on” of “summary”, and

(

b

) in Regulation 41 (2), by the substitution for “A summary offence under these Regulations may be prosecuted by the Minister” of “An offence under these Regulations may be prosecuted in a summary manner by the Minister”.
