S.I. No. 93/2012 - European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. The European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations, 2001 (

S.I. No. 625 of 2001

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the definition of “the Directive of 1998” (inserted by the European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No.202 of 2011

)) the following—
