S.I. No. 86/2012 - European Communities (Vehicle Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

1. These Regulations may be cited as European Communities (Vehicle Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

2. In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the European Communities (Vehicle Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 359 of 2008

).

3. These Regulations come into operation twenty one days after the date on which they are signed.

4. The Principal Regulations are amended in subparagraphs (

a

) and (

b

) of Regulation 7(10), by substituting “€72.00” for “€70”.
